About me
Rachel Figurasmith is a nonprofit executive, disability inclusion advocate and long-time Jewish educator. Rachel's professional time is spent primarily leading organizations through periods of transition as an interim leader. She also trains nonprofit professionals and educators on disability inclusion, executive leadership, and DEIJ in the workplace. Rachel serves on faculty at Support Center NYC and Hebrew College, and is the board chair of Fat Torah. A born-and-bred New Yorker, Rachel has recently relocated to western Mass where she endlessly learns from her most difficult job of all: mothering three young children.
