About me
Martha Chestnut, originally from Akron, Ohio, is a student in the class of 2027 at Kenyon College, pursuing dual degrees in Religious and Political Science. Through her work as a summer camp counselor and a Hillel student manager, Martha found her passion for Jewish communal work. She found her love for Camp Massad Montreal when she was 10 years old and has never left. Ranging from a Media Specialist, to Rosh Media, to Rosh Galil, Martha is happy to do any job as long as it means she gets to be back at camp. When she is not studying or in the gym, Martha can be found crocheting or reading with a cup of tea. As a 2024 Cornerstone fellow Martha grew her understanding of the true power of camp and is so excited to be back experiencing the magic of Cornerstone with you all!
