Diana Bloom is passionate about helping camps, camp professionals, and lay leaders thrive by providing hands-on support and guidance in building strong accountability practices. With a deep love for camp life, she is dedicated to making camp communities even better places to learn, grow, and create lasting memories.
Through her engaging seminars, workshops, webinars, and executive coaching, Diana equips participants with practical tools to improve accountability and reduce stress, fostering environments where everyone can succeed.
Known for her humorous and straightforward style, Diana's workshops are interactive and filled with practical takeaways. She helps camp leaders strengthen communication, sharpen delegation, and improve project management, all while supporting a collaborative culture.
Diana spent 13 wonderful summers at URJ Camp Coleman, including nine as Head Counselor, supervising 7 unit heads and over 80 bunk staff for more than 400 campers each session. She joined the Cornerstone Faculty as an Advisor in 2020. In addition, Diana serves on the faculty of Spertus Institute's M.A. in Jewish Professional Studies. Diana lives in Tampa, Florida, with her husband Aaron, and is the proud mom of URJ Camp Coleman staff member Eliana, and URJ Six Points Sci-Tech staff member Gil.
